The Private Practice Pro Terms & Conditions

Key Points Collective's Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Terms

Tier 1 & Tier 2: Month-to-month commitment, automatically renewing.

Tier 3 & Tier 4: 3-month minimum commitment, automatically renewing month-to-month after initial term.

Annual Membership Option: Members may elect a 12-month commitment at a 10% discount (paid monthly).

2. Billing & Payment

Membership fees are billed monthly on the 1st via autopay.

Additional hourly use or group space rental fees will be billed at the end of each month.

Late payments incur a $25 fee after 7 days.

3. Cancellation Policy

Members must provide 30 days’ written notice (email acceptable) to cancel.

For 3-month or 12-month commitments, cancellation before the term ends requires payment of the remaining balance unless otherwise negotiated.

Memberships may be paused for up to 1 month per year for personal leave (vacation, maternity, illness, etc.), with prior approval.

4. Rollover of Hours

Unused hours do not roll over month-to-month. This ensures fair scheduling and access for all members.

Members may book additional hours at their tier’s discounted rate.

5. Scheduling & Space Use

All rooms must be reserved in advance through the online booking system.

Members are expected to start and end sessions on time.

Common areas (coworking lounge, kitchen) are shared spaces — members are responsible for tidying up after use.

6. Client & Professional Conduct

Members must maintain appropriate licensure, insurance, and ethical standards relevant to their field.

All client interactions remain the sole responsibility of the member.

The space must not be used for services outside the scope of professional wellness or mental health practice.

7. Storage & Materials

Storage (where applicable, e.g., Tier 3+) is assigned individually.

Members are responsible for securing their own materials; the Collective is not liable for loss or theft.

8. Workshops & Networking

Membership includes access to regular networking events and professional development workshops.

Members may propose to host workshops or groups, subject to approval.

9. Termination by the Collective

The Collective reserves the right to terminate membership with immediate effect for:
